Returns:
We cannot accept returns on any of the products sold on our site due to the nature of the products we sell. We will ONLY accept returns for damaged or defective products caused by OUR manufacturing error. We must be contacted within 3 days of receipt of the order and an authorization number MUST accompany all returns.
Payment options:
We accept cash, personal check, money order, cashier’s check and credit and debit cards. (See below for explanations).
Declined credit cards:
Declined credit cards will incur a $5.00 service charge. Verify that sufficient funds are available before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed due to declined credit card payments.
Checks:
Payments made by personal checks, money order, or cashier’s check are accepted, however, your item(s) will not ship until your check clears the bank account, please be aware that some financial institutions can take up to 14 days to complete this process.
Returned check fee:
A $25.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
Minimums:
We do not have a minimum order amount and you are welcome to order as little, or as much, as you want. We do not charge a handling fee.

Seasonal temperature changes:
By placing an order, you understand and accept that during seasonal temperature changes, products can become thinner or thicker, or may separate. You agree that the results of these types of situations are out of Sugar Mama Bath and Body control, and therefore may not be replaced, returned or refunded. You agree, through this Agreement, you have been made aware of the possibility of the problem. As well, you are advised to consider alternate shipping methods, such as express shipping during times of extreme seasonal conditions. You are also reminded that extreme seasonal conditions may vary from one location to another. Therefore, you should consider all seasonal conditions throughout the shipping path that your order will take. |
